SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES

Lanaioli ships to Italy, European Union (EU) countries, the Republic of San Marino, the Vatican City, and some European countries outside the Eurozone (Switzerland and the United Kingdom).

Shipping is free for orders over €99 or equivalent in other currencies used by the consumer outside the Eurozone, based on the exchange rates in effect at the time of purchase.

For orders under €99, shipping costs are €8.90 for Italy, the Republic of San Marino and Vatican City.

For European Union (EU) countries, shipping costs are €16.90 for orders under €99.

For European countries outside the Eurozone, shipping costs are €20.00 or equivalent in other currencies used by the consumer outside the Eurozone, based on the exchange rates in effect at the time of purchase between the Euro and the consumer's home currency.

Delivery time of the Products: 2-8 working days (working days are understood to be all days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Italian public holidays), from the time the Order is taken into account.

Delivery of the Products to the shipping address indicated by the Customer in the Order is made by express courier. Upon dispatch of the parcel with the purchased items, the Holder shall send the Customer an e-mail to the address indicated, which will contain a tracking code and a link that will allow the delivery to be monitored. The tracking will be available 24 hours after receipt of the shipment.

In the event of problems or delays in delivery beyond the terms indicated, Customers are requested to report the fact to the Holder at the email address: customercare@lanaioli.com.

Upon delivery, the Products shall be checked by the Customer in order to ascertain that they correspond to the articles ordered and that they do not present manufacturing defects or conformity defects. The legal guarantees envisaged by current legislation shall apply to the sale of Products.
