Lanaioli ships to Italy and throughout the European Union, Vatican City, Republic of San Marino.

Shipping is free for a minimum purchase of 49 euro.

Under 49 euro the shipping cost is 6.90 euro for the Italian territory, San Marino, Vatican City, and EU countries.

Delivery times for orders are 2-7 working days from receipt.

The products will be delivered by courier. Once the package has been shipped, the customer will receive an automatic email containing the shipment reference and tracking number so that they can monitor the delivery status.

The purchased item can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

The return has a fixed cost of 10 (ten) euro for purchases made in Italy, Vatican City, Republic of San Marino.

For other EU countries the return has a fixed cost of 20 (twenty) euro.

The Customer can request the return directly from their personal page, selecting the product they intend to return and clicking on "Request return" indicating the reason for the return itself. Customers registered before 02/15/2023 can find this page at the link

Alternatively, the Customer can send an email to customercare@lanaioli.com indicating the order number and the product to be returned.

Refunds will be issued within 10 working days of the return of the package to the Lanaioli shop.

Lanaioli accepts the following payment methods: VISA, Master Card, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal.

The gift card is valid for one year from the time of purchase.
