YOUR RIGHTS

If you reside in Europe, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request that your personal information be corrected, updated or deleted. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us using the contact information below.
Also, if you reside in Europe, you should know that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we may have with you (for example, if you place an order through the Site), or to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.
Some data collected by cookies may be transferred abroad to locations outside the European Union. Such transfer will however be carried out in compliance with the safeguards prescribed by the GDPR for this type of activity (Articles 45 to 49). You can get more information, upon request, from the Data Controller at the contacts listed above.

The GDPR grants you the following rights in relation to your personal data, which you may exercise within the limits and in accordance with the provisions of the legislation:

The Controller shall refrain from processing unless it can demonstrate the existence of compelling legitimate grounds for processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
Right to object to a decision based solely on automated processing (Art. 22);

- Right to revoke, at any time, the consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation.

You may do so by sending a written request addressed to the Data Controller at the postal address or by e-mail as indicated above.
Furthermore:
- Right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) if you consider that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force (art. 77) or take legal action (art.79).

We also inform you that when you contact us to exercise your rights as set out in this Privacy Policy, as well as to receive any information related to the same, we will take care of your request and provide you, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than one month after receiving it, with the information related to the action taken regarding your request. Finally, we inform you that the exercise of your rights is free of charge in accordance with Article 12 GDPR. However, in the case of requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive, including due to their repetitiveness, the Data Controller may charge the Client a reasonable expense contribution, in light of the administrative costs incurred in handling the request, or deny satisfaction of the request.
